Components of the Process

  •  Formal Feedback - Bi-monthly meetings to review goals

  • SMART Goals - Update and create new goals each bi-monthly meeting

  • Informal Feedback - Daily feedback from managers, co-workers, and directors

  • 360-degree feedback - info received from managers and colleagues about work-related behavior and its impact
