The structure of our organization, lies in your hands.

A Bureaucracy Structure

We are most functional at a bureaucracy-level structure.  We found that working under a simple structure was not enough for our team to excel at what we do, in the fashion that we want to do it.  We also don't believe that we need outside agencies to do everything for us, to make our business thrive.  We have faith in our employees, and we believe that this is the right structure for us.  What a bureaucracy structure essential means is that we are an organization that looks to promote opportunities for growth in the future, as well as an organization that works to ensure all the proper steps are being made to stay successful at each level of operation.  We keep our departments small so that you have room for growth and opportunity, while helping make the Managers jobs easier, which in turn helps the Directors, and the Chief Officers, and the Owners.  With smaller departments, comes bigger incentives.  We want our employees to continue working hard to make our organization run better than the day before, and the day before that.  With our incentives, we want you to take pride in what you do, and strive to be better, and that is the best way to climb the ranks of management at our facility.
