How We Help You Succeed
We believe that consistent feedback is key; however, micro-managing is not in our playbook. Formal feedback will be given through bi-monthly meetings, along with proper feedback and notes put together for both parties to have for future reference. Informal feedback will be given throughout the day by managers, fellow employees, directors, etc., and will be brief. Our approach to doing our feedback system this way is vital because it allows you to work off a guide from us, to build yourself up in the right direction, while receiving live feedback throughout the duration of your job/internship, and followed up by meetings to report on how you have improved and what could be improved for the future. *SUCCESS OR FEEDBACK?
