On job training

Shadowing - First 3 weeks
-
30 Minute Clarity Sessions @ end of each day (first 3 weeks)

Start role after 3 weeks of shadowing
-
Report to Shadowed person for 2 weeks after shadowing
-
Full takeover of your position after 5 weeks
Earn Badges!

Badges earned each week of completion

Extra badges available to learn other aspects of the job

Badges earned will be used to determine and reward "Employee of the Month"

Orientation Schedule

9:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M.: Come in and meet the team
​

10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.: Facilities tour
​

11:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.: Learn your roll (Get taken to your office and learn what you will be doing)

12:30 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.: Lunch
​

1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.: New employee workshop… (Meet the other new employees and get to know each other with ice breakers and light problem-solving games)

2:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.: First day questionnaire… A survey regarding what you think about the company so far, are you like minded with the people around you, is there anything in the workplace that we could fix to make you happier, are you ready to start your role here at Kings Rec Center.

3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.: CEO welcomes new members of the team, sharing encouraging words, and sharing the message and purpose of the Kings Rec Center
